The instructor Col (Dr) Shabbar Shahid is an Army Veteran who himself has conducted dozens of interviews screening thousands of candidates for various jobs. He is a post graduate mechanical engineer, an MBA, a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and a Doctorate in Management with over 4 decades of experience. He also holds a "Distinguished Instructor" grading awarded by the Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering. Thus, qualified to guide you on the subject and be your instructor.
