You agree to update your information, as necessary, to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Password and Security: Upon creating an account, you will be asked to choose a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to (a) immediately notify SkillTrans of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. SkillTrans cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Account Integrity: You may not use anyone else's account at any time without the express permission and consent of the account holder. Similarly, you may not allow others to use your account. Fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise illegal activity may lead to your account being suspended or terminated, at SkillTrans's discretion.
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information during the account creation and maintenance process. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your use of SkillTrans. This includes but is not limited to, copyright laws and regulations concerning privacy and personal data.
Rights Reserved: SkillTrans reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Account Terms or the overall Terms of Use.
Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, you may lose access to your account, and we may delete all information associated with or inside your account, including any courses or content you have created. SkillTrans is not responsible for the loss of such information.
Changes to Terms: SkillTrans reserves the right to modify these Account Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes to the terms, and your continued use of the platform after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new Account Terms.
Subscription Models: SkillTrans offers various subscription options, including monthly and yearly plans. Each subscription provides access to a wide range of courses and materials. Details of what each subscription plan includes can be found on our pricing page.
Free Trials: From time to time, SkillTrans may offer free trial periods for its subscription plans. At the end of the free trial, your chosen payment method will automatically be charged the subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (month/year) unless canceled prior to the end of the current period. You will be charged the renewal rate as per the subscription plan you have selected.
Payment Methods: SkillTrans accepts payments through various methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other digital wallets. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription or purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You will be charged the subscription fee and any applicable taxes for the renewal period.
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on the SkillTrans platform. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. SkillTrans does not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unwatched SkillTrans content.
Changes to Plans: SkillTrans reserves the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans and promotional offerings at any time in accordance with these Terms.
Price Changes: We may change the price of our subscription plans from time to time. In the event of a price change, we will provide you with reasonable notice in advance by email or through a notification on our platform. Your continued use of SkillTrans after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the adjusted amount.
Conducting or promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to, fraud, money laundering, illegal gambling, or terrorist activities.
Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
Using the platform in a manner that violates the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any party.
Engaging in activities that are harmful to SkillTrans or its users, such as spreading malware, phishing, or other fraudulent practices.
Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the platform or the networks or services connected to the platform.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other users' accounts, or systems and networks connected to the platform.
Sending unsolicited communications, such as spam or promotional materials, without consent.
Harassing, threatening, or intimidating any other user of the platform.
Posting or distributing content that is obscene, indecent, offensive, racist, bigoted, hateful, or that promotes violence, racial or gender hatred, or illegal acts.
Sharing content that violates the privacy or rights of others, such as personal information without consent.
Creating or distributing false information with the intent to deceive or mislead.
Manipulating the platform's mechanisms for content promotion or user engagement in a deceptive or unfair manner.
SkillTrans reserves the right to take appropriate enforcement actions for any violation of these prohibited uses, including, but not limited to:
Removing or modifying inappropriate or illegal content.
Suspending or terminating user accounts.
Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities as required or appropriate.
Users who encounter any content or behavior that violates these prohibited uses are encouraged to report it to SkillTrans for review.
Users of SkillTrans must not post, upload, share, or distribute content that:
Is Illegal: Includes content that is illegal or promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to, content that infringes or assists others in infringing on intellectual property rights.
Is Harmful or Offensive: Contains hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene material, or any content that harasses, bullies, or is otherwise offensive.
Is False or Misleading: Spreads false information or misleads others, including impersonating another person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation with a person or entity.
Violates Privacy: Invades others' privacy by sharing personal data without consent, including, but not limited to, personal contact information, financial information, and sensitive personal details.
Is Harmful to Minors: Targets minors or is harmful to individuals under the age of 18.
Contains Security Risks: Introduces viruses, malware, or any other malicious software or content that aims to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system, data, or information.
When engaging with SkillTrans and its community, users must:
Respect Others: Treat all users with respect. Do not engage in harassment, threats, stalking, or abuse in any form.
Contribute Positively: Participate in discussions and interactions constructively. Offer help where you can and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
Maintain Integrity: Act honestly and ethically in your dealings on the platform. Do not engage in fraudulent activities or make false claims.
Respect Copyright and Intellectual Property: Do not share or distribute content that you do not own or have rights to. Always attribute creators and respect copyright and intellectual property laws.
Comply with Local Laws: Ensure your use of SkillTrans complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Ownership: All materials provided on SkillTrans, including but not limited to, the website design, course content, text, graphics, images, video material, sound material, trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by SkillTrans or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These materials include but are not limited to educational content, course materials, and any other resources provided by SkillTrans or its partners.
License to You: SkillTrans grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license is subject to these Terms and does not include any right to (a) sell, resell, or commercially use our materials; (b) distribute, publicly perform or publicly display any materials; (c) modify or otherwise make any derivative uses of our materials, or any portion thereof; (d) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; and (e) use our materials beyond the scope of the intended use as provided in these Terms.
Ownership and Rights: Users retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in their original content submitted, posted, or displayed on SkillTrans, such as course materials, comments, reviews, and articles ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through SkillTrans, you grant SkillTrans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed) solely for the purposes of operating, providing, and improving SkillTrans. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkillTrans, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, partners, and licensors disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to the platform, content, and services, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, of satisfactory quality, of fitness for a particular purpose, of accuracy, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
SkillTrans parties do not warrant against interference with your enjoyment of the platform, that the functions contained in, or services performed or provided by, SkillTrans will meet your requirements, that the operation of SkillTrans or its services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in SkillTrans or its services will be corrected. No oral or written information or advice given by SkillTrans parties or its authorized representative shall create a warranty not expressly stated in these terms.
If applicable law requires any warranties with respect to the platform, all such warranties are limited in duration to ninety (90) days from the date of first use.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you.
The Terms of Use and any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or the SkillTrans platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. SkillTrans may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

Any notices or other communications provided by SkillTrans under these Terms, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be given: (i) via email; or (ii) by posting to the Platform. For notices made by email, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.
SkillTrans shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond SkillTrans's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
SkillTrans reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the SkillTrans platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
